Yoga is good for you. Anyone with a regular practice will tell you how awesome they feel afterward and, it seems, every week or so I read about another study that with real scientific data to back it up. Today I found this article: Yoga Reduces Risk of Irregular Heartbeat.
I know yoga can be intimidating. You don’t need to go to a studio or get a mat (it would help, but it’s not necessary) or have special clothing. All you need is an internet connection and some free space. Try Yoga Today, they have a free class every week, or Yoga Journal, they have free podcasts for every level. So, no excuses, set aside 20 minutes and give yoga a try.
