I haven’t forgotten about my little blog. Don’t worry, I know you were all waiting with baited breath for a new post. 🙂
The last month has been almost overwhelmingly busy. But I think that’s what life is and really why we need yoga (or some other regular way to relax and reflect). Unfortunatly, I haven’t been following my own advice for the last month or so. I’ve been neglecting my yoga. Instead of practicing a few times a week, I’m doing it maybe twice a week. Mostly at home, which is always bad for me. I find it really hard to relax when the dogs are either laying on my mat (not even rolling out a second mat for them can prevent this) or laying outside the closed door, whining. Sigh. I can really feel a difference in my body too. It’s much more tense and less responsive. Anyway, I’m trying to get back on the bandwagon and make time when I can.
Of course, it will be difficult to make that time in the next couple of weeks. I’m in the midst of studying for my last set of law school finals! Sadly, this is the most relaxed and free I’ve felt all month. I currently have no obligations in the day except studying. You would think that
would give me plently of opportunities for yoga. But you would be wrong. Somehow, I always seem to run out of time… oh well. This will be over soon. May 8th to be exact. That’s when I graduate!
